3A-Checkpoint 1 Player Movement
Idea
Initial Idea:Intended to make a puzzle & escape game. Characters can only move left and right.
Later thoughts: Making a puzzle game requires more elements. It takes more art time cost. In addition this type of game requires more plot. Complete the escape game by simply moving left and right.
Final thought: Make a pixel breakout game. Allow the character to jump up and down.It also allows the character to move left and right and swing the sword to attack.
Tried to add character climbing, but gave up for time reasons
Feedback from others:
early stage: Characters move left and right with no problems. The character's shoes get stuck in the floor.
final stage: All animations are fine, no problems with character movement. However, the character's jumping and falling speed is a bit slow. More like a spacewalk.
